Häromdagen (häromåret) så gick jag omkring och pysslade (städade) lite här hemma. Jag insåg bland annat att det inte direkt var nödvändigt att ha kvar julgrejerna - särskilt då jag var igång med städningen. Så ner med grejerna i jullådan och fram med de vanliga grejerna. Då ser jag att det är en stor stearinfläck på min duk som jag brukar ha på stereobänken. Jag har tidigare noterat att fläcken funnits där och har tidigare försökt ta bort det - men försöken har varit fruktlösa. Nu var det dags igen. Fläcken ska bort! Men hur gör man? In på nätet och googla... "stearinfläck" Resultatet: Dammsugning - bloggen med städtips - där fick jag reda på att om jag med hög värme stryker på stearinet (med ett mellanliggande tygstycke förstås) så skall den försvinna. Sagt och gjort - efter tio sekunder var fläcken borta. Ett riktigt bra tips och en riktigt bra sida!

Funkar även med bakplåtspapper eller smörpapper om man inte har/vill skita ner nåt annat tyg. Stearinfläck i skrevet på nya jeans vid kräftskiva. Fläcken är borta, smärtan i själen efter att ha blivit besudlad i skrevet lever vidare. Lek inte med ljus barn...
